Before joining Dallas Regional Medical Center, Ms. Pollock worked as the Assistant CNO at Bayshore Medical Center in Pasadena, TX, a 373- bed Level III Trauma Center. After merging with the East Houston Campus (131-bed HCA facility) in 2008, the HCA campus boasted over 500 beds collectively and was recognized as the only Houston-area hospital in the top 5% of the nation for overall clinical excellence five years in a row. Previous to this role, Ms. Pollock worked at McAlester Regional Health Center as the Director of Specialty Services, and Northeast Medical Center as Director of Emergency and Intensive Care Units.
Ms. Pollock received her Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing from the University of Texas at Arlington, Texas, and her Master of Business Administration with Healthcare Management as a Specialty from Regis University, Denver, Colorado.
