Patients are asked to please not bring any valuables (jewelry, wallets, purses, etc..) or personal property to the hospital. Dallas Regional will not accept these items or be responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of these items. Patients arriving with these items will be asked to send the items home with their next of kin. Depending on the patient’s state of consciousness, that determination may be made by either the patient or the caregiver.
When you have a test scheduled, please come to the Admitting area at the North end of the hospital 30 minutes before a scheduled test. You will need to bring a picture ID, insurance card and the physician order. If you have a Med-Key card, it will reduce your registration time.
