Job Description

Job Summary:  Performs a variety of imaging procedures and is responsible for patient safety protocols.  Functions as the first line interface with customers in the successful accomplishment of their imaging needs.  Participates in CQI activities. Clients served are predominately adults and geriatrics, but adolescents/pediatrics and neonate/infants will occasionally be treated

Requirements

• High school graduate; BS degree preferred
• Graduate of an AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology, either college affiliated or hospital trained
• Must have current TDH and ARRT.
• Current BCLS certification
• Knowledge of anatomy and physiology
• OR experience
• At least 5 years experience
• Ability to read and communicate effectively in English; additional languages preferred
• Basic computer knowledge
